The flat weave dries so much faster than my old terry towels, which is a lifesaver in a humid bathroom. It's also surprisingly lightweight without feeling flimsy, so it packs down small for the gym bag. Took a couple washes to soften up, but now it's my favorite.

I took this on a week-long beach trip and it never once smelled musty, which is a first for me. The flat weave feels almost like linen against my skin and it covers way more than my old terry towel. I've already ordered a second one.
