I was skeptical about a medium-firm pillow but the plush outer layers make it feel like I'm sinking into a cloud while my neck still gets that structured support. Woke up three mornings in a row without any stiffness, which never happens with my old pillows.

The inner support chamber gives just the right amount of structure without feeling too firm, and the outer down layers keep it plush. I’ve been sleeping much better since switching to this pillow.

I was worried about finding a pillow that's soft yet supportive, but the inner goose down core keeps my neck aligned perfectly without collapsing. The medium feel is just right—it's plush on top but doesn't sink too much overnight.
