The ceramic feels nice and heavy in my hands, and the lid fits snugly to keep air out. I've already made two batches of sauerkraut with it, and they turned out perfectly.

I was nervous about trying small-batch ferments, but the non-toxic ceramic keeps everything tasting clean without any metallic aftertone. The jar’s compact size fits perfectly on my counter, and the stoneware feels sturdy enough to last for years.

The handcrafted feel of the stoneware is really nice, and it’s the perfect size for a small batch of kimchi. The non-toxic ceramic gives me peace of mind since it’s sitting on my counter for days.
