The organic cotton cover is surprisingly soft and breathable, and the internal feather-down mix gives just the right support without being too firm. My neck feels much better in the morning after switching to these.

I was worried about feathers poking through, but the organic cotton casing is densely woven enough that I haven't felt a single quill. My neck feels properly supported without being too firm, and the whole bundle was a great value.
